Campground property situated at the entrance of Ucluelet BC on the beautiful west coast of Vancouver Island where accommodation is limited for the many tourists who visit this area. Ucluelet, Tofino and Pacific Rim National Park are visited by well over 1,000,000 visitors annually. The nearly 25-acre inlet waterfront parcel has been rezoned and has a development permit in place for campground and a Guest House parcel. The 7.65-acre Guest house portion may be subdivided off the 9.9-acre Campground Parcel as approved in the DP. The middle sections of the land are cleared and there is an internal gravel road network. The perimeter of the site is treed. There are non-disturbance setback areas along the waterfront and creek.
